• resolve_point≈ 1215 tokens

  Primary entry for a bare WGS84 coordinate or bounded point array. Finds the country and returns the deepest available shallow administrative loc_id chain: the global baseline reaches Admin 2, while adopted country query banks may reach Admin 3. Carry its country and loc_ids into later place-specific calls. It does not open deep partitions or side-family shape banks. Use a returned shallow loc_id with resolve_deep_point for Admin 4-6 or one explicit family. Single and bulk requests share this contract; access limits are based on point count.
