  Get full metadata for one paper: authors, journal, volume/issue/pages, DOI, PMID, ARK (when the paper has a confirmed NobleID), citation count, abstract and links.

  Search the NobleBlocks paper index by keyword relevance. Returns up to `limit` papers with title, authors, year, journal, DOI, citation count, an abstract excerpt and a NobleBlocks link. Use get_paper with a result's `id` for full metadata, or get_citation to cite it.
