  Ranked shortlist per stack slot for a job. job is a slug from /jobs, /list-building or /persona. Job slugs: verify-an-email, find-a-mobile-number, waterfall-enrichment, enrich-a-company-by-domain, find-a-work-email, monitor-buying-signals, linkedin-active-buyers, local-businesses, ecommerce-stores, public-record-industries; persona slugs are listed at /persona. Common phrasings such as "find-a-contact" are resolved and echoed as resolved_from; an unknown slug returns the closest matches. Constraints keep only tools with a vendor-verified match (an unverified tool is left out, not judged lacking). Each tool gets a fact-only reason and a page URL. Deterministic, no AI call.
