  Submit a product to Makeroo on the maker's behalf. Only submit what you verified from the product's repo or site, and only with the maker's go-ahead. Returns a submission id and stays pending until the maker clicks the confirm link emailed to makerEmail (expires after 48 hours); poll get_submission_status.
