Au dernier audit MCP Hub, le serveur MCP « net.fundz/fundz » est classé « Non encore testé ». Référencé dans l'annuaire. Seul le pentest comportemental fait foi, et il n'a pas encore été exécuté sur ce serveur. Le verdict est réévalué en continu ; consultez la fiche pour l'état à jour.

Méthode : MCP Hub analyse la description de chaque outil (couche 1) et, pour le verdict fort, exécute le serveur dans une micro-VM isolée avec leurres et réseau bloqué (couche 2). On publie des noms et des compteurs, jamais le contenu brut renvoyé par un outil.

  Office build-out permits, the Permits tab of app.fundz.net/office-expansions: commercial tenant build-out, alteration and new-building permits from city records in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco and Seattle, with the named tenant (private and public companies), address, estimated build-out cost, permit status and a Fundz company link when matched. A permit is usually pulled 30 to 90 days after a lease is signed, so it is an early sign a company is adding space and about to hire.
