  Answers questions about one Hawaiʻi lot, by TMK or street address: what is this parcel zoned and what are the dimensional rules (setbacks, height, lot coverage, density), what the county code lists for adding to the lot (an ADU or a second dwelling), is it in the Special Management Area (SMA), which State Land Use District (Urban, Rural, Agricultural, Conservation), what FEMA flood zone, is it in the tsunami evacuation zone, the 3.2 ft sea level rise flood zone or the Sea Level Rise Constraint District, the wildfire risk, the lava flow hazard zone on Hawaiʻi Island, elevation, slope and aspect, Important Agricultural Lands, soil series and farmland rating, wetlands and streams, historic properties nearby, nearest wells and depth to water, water and sewer service and cesspool records, landslide and dam zones, shoreline setback and vacation rental (TVR) standing on Kauaʻi, tax class and acres. One call returns every finding for the lot, each with its official county, State or federal source, and a permalink to cite.   Answers questions across many Hawaiʻi lots at once: which lots near this address or TMK are zoned R-4, Agriculture or Resort, which lots in this plat are over an acre, which lots nearby are outside the FEMA flood zone, which are outside the Special Management Area, how big the neighbouring lots are. Lists lots in an area with each lot's acres, county zoning, FEMA flood zone and Special Management Area, filtered by zoning, size, flood and SMA. The area is a TMK prefix (island, zone and section at least, e.g. 4-4-2), or a radius of up to 3000 meters around a lot, an address or a point.
