Returns up to `limit` matches with status, licence type, traffic area, town and the canonical page URL. Exact licence and company numbers rank first; names match companies and organisations only (sole traders and partnerships are found only by exact licence number and are never named). Optional filters narrow by traffic area, vehicle category, status, licence type or presence in the latest DVSA file.
